Atomic Frequency

Q/T - In the unknown, unseen and un-provable (with current technology),  separate distinct atomic Frequencies occur in each atomic structure/Spin. In order to DR with Radio Transmissions and / or Particle Beam transmissions, a  matching wave/frequency,  must first be determined / found in a particular atom, then must be matched  with the External FoRce to Bombard the Atom. Once this is achieved the external transmission / force MIGHT allow the Manipulation of the atom by SLowing or SPeeding the external transmissions effect on the atom.. And / or in the case of particle beam MAtching, an additional particle MIGHT be added to the particle beam injected into  the atomic structure of the atom, causing manipulation of the atom and altering its state to become, perhaps stable and deactivated..
