I also have many homeopathic remedies I use in testing. I have experience
dating back to 1985 in Electro diagnosis. I owned and operated a business
in Arizona using Electro diagnosis in assisting clients find the source
of their problem or problems. I specialize in allergies to radioactive
contaminants and to electromagnetic sensitivities. I am a published
author. The book was published/printed in 1995, "Radiation, The Hidden

As Credentialing Coordinator, managing the file folders,
preparing files
for committee peer review to meet NCQA standards. I use computer
data entry for retrieval of National Practitioner Data Bank data on each
provider being credentialed. Enter data in computer database for AMA
educational certification of provider. Approximately 9,600 providers in
the system. Original credentialing and recredentialing every 2 years
to
meet NCQA requirements.
In 1997 in addition to my credentialing responsibilities, I was
asked to start the Batch Room for Claims processing. Set up
the file room, set up the placement of bins for the many types of files.
The claims examiners needed identification on each claim as it was
received and opened by me.
I did these claims processing work for 6 months. Claims numbered
from 1500 per week to 2300. Each had to have an identification
number stamped by a machine. Files had to be maintained in the Batch
Room for a period of three years, each in numerical order.
Folders were identified with number, date and code for quick availability
for review and audit requirements.
