Thank you very much for your e-mail  dated  7/7/99.
By this time , I have received a number  of newsletters from  GDR  with a wealth of information about nuclear  threats.
It is  true , if we think about the total deterrent  now  are held by members of the Nuclear Club,   we find a very black and bleak  picture for the  safer survival  of  human species in this  green planet.  I  feel,  GDR  is  offering a humanitarian service  by creating  awareness in the minds of the general people about the  devastating effects of nuclear proliferation's and to take appropriate  steps  for  deactivation of those radio-active materials.   I believe ,a day will come , when GDR will play the  pivotal role  in this particular field .
