As in the myth of Prometheus , son of Zeus, who wanted to bring fire to mankind to share in it's
delight. Once he did, he was punished, chained to a rock where a vulture ate at his liver each day. In modern times, what may someday become a myth as well, the light of a fire was seen and in sharing
it with the world, its messengers may fall to the same dilemma.

On a journey to attempt to uncover a UFO related mystery that many readers might scoff at, I
became an environmental activist. The quest to find a efficient and provable way to deactivate radiation on a global scale, coined as G.D.R., is not a issue just an issue, but a must for the future of all.

The topic of GDR  seems to be out of reach, very little has been published in books, magazines or papers. The Internet has it's lack too. Why is there little attention to one of the worlds most toxic and timely topics? Is it because scientist say it's impossible and the public, in general, is satisfied with their answer and that nuclear waste from reactors will be stored somewhere, someday, safely and efficiently. Well that has yet to be seen.

As the public is made aware of all the pit falls to this storage concept and the magnitude of the
expense and extreme dangers over the years, they would reconsider. They might even stand up and
take notice if they knew of the radioactive storage pits washed into the farm lands in the recent
floods, and the possible threat of terrorist, meteors, and major earthquakes. But there is no doubt
that the light of knowledge on the following topic will cause an outrage, daily radiation contamination's coming from active reactors,

Years of research went into finding this odd truth to a UFO related/ Cattle mutilation mystery,which
turned out to be a environmental issue that is covered with shadows of twisted truth. The truth is
starting to shine through and the secrecy needs to end, something new is on the horizon.

The odyssey began on a trip from Florida to North Alabama, to investigate a story on the '93 cattle
mutilations and UFO sightings near the Tennessee border in North Alabama.
What was gathered from UFO 'experts', books and studies would lead anyone to believe there was
an sinister alien plan of: human harvesting in livestock, or alien genetic engineering, or even alien food Chain testing , for reasons only speculated. The mystery was deep and was meant to be a mystery.

What was found, was not at all expected. The machines and technology involved might appear to be alien in origin, at least that's what the local news papers say in some of the many location, but the
operators and reasons why are mostly human and thoroughly covert... radiation contamination testing. Subsequently, the mutilation findings described in this story have been confirmed at numerous sites throughout the US That is to say, they are not unique to the North Alabama site where this
story unfolds. Point and case, In 1995 over 50 reported cattle mutilation cases happened in Eagles
Nest NM. There was no reactors with in the proximity, nor rivers down stream of reactors. It was
until a rancher listening to the Alabama findings and made an odd comparison. In 1949-50 a local
paper reported on a topic called the Blue Snow effect, where the whole mountain of Eagles Nest
NM., was covered with blue snow. In the reports, it was attributed to Los Alamos's recent nuclear
testing. The fallout subsequently caused the effect. The rancher with a new light on the matter went
on to say that 2 of his close friends were born at Eagles Nest in the late 40ds early fifty and both had been diagnosed with holes in their hearts, one has since died at about 40 years old. This matches
classic radiation poisoning. This is only a second location that has a direct type to radiation, and
there are more locations with radiation associations.

The classic mutilations (over ten thousand reported in the US) are characterized by the discovery of
a dead cow, curiously placed in a field with particular body parts mysteriously missing and removed
by inexplicable means. Genitals and rectum are cored out; the lips, tongue, eyes and ears surgically
absent. No evidence of wild animals clawing or tearing at the remains. Often no blood or bodily
fluids found on or near the body. Typically no tracks leading to the animals, not even it's own. No
broken bones or strap marks. UFO's and intense helicopter activity were frequently reported during
the occurrences.

In the spring of 1993, over 30 classic mutilations occurred in the area surrounding the twin TVA
Bellefonte Nuclear reactors near Fyffe, Alabama. These reactors were not discussed or for that
matter not even mentioned at a press conference on the mutilations in Fyffe. The conference was
conducted by a self appointed expert, a newly commissioned police officer from out of town, a
former Air Force man. In his press release, was a map outlining mutilations on only one side of the
Tennessee river, not showing the reactors and the mutilations on the other side of the river. But with
his map and my map of the cases across the river, a complete circle was formed... a circle that
included an unusually high incidence of cancer and child death... and the Bellefonte Nuclear reactors,
owned by and operated by TVA.

The research led to a complete copy of the TVA Nuclear Environmental plans, and the connection
became very clear. The steam from the two reactors was charted out in a blueprint referred to as
Plume Direction charts. The main points on the charts matched the mutilation points of the official
police map and the cattle mutilations on the other side of the river. The TVA plans also stated that
the steam (Plume) and the exhaust water (hot shoots) from the cooling towers are slightly
radioactive. This is know to the big companies, the NRC, the DOH, the DOA and the DOD, but the public has been shielded from that light.

These hot shoots are giant tunnels of water which are the exhaust system for the cooling towers,
which feeds hot water from Tennessee river to the Guntersville reservoir. This is the drinking supply
for parts of northern Alabama. Unknown to most of the people who live there, the cooling water is
slightly radioactive, and when it's dammed in the reservoir, that radioactivity has an opportunity to
accumulate.

It is scientifically known that traces of radiation are prevalent in the cooling exhaust systems at all
reactors. This is accepted, due to it's low level and it's dissipation into the air and into the rivers that
feed in to the oceans. But with the valleys trapping the steam clouds and the dams confining the
water supply, the radiation accumulates to uncommon levels.

The reactors in this area have not yet run at full capacity. It is alarming to consider the impact if they
were fully functioning. .The books 'Radwaste' and 'Atomic Harvest' , are helpful in explaining the
extent of radiation waste. Although, this story does not stop at the every day poisoning throughout
the world with thousands of reactors , but the possibilities of mass meltdowns and a concern on a
prelude to the future if not dealt with soon.( e.g. Chernobyl,Three mile )

In the hope of bringing this to public attention, a screenplay has been written. It exposes the hidden
radiation problem , but more important is it uses clues and dream sequences to seed the minds of the young to the possibility of developing the means to deactivate radioactivity , coined as G.D.R. ( the
oft believed "scientifically impossible").

The story has dynamic visuals of earthly cataclysmic catastrophes. Which in turn causes major
meltdowns and toxic storage chambers to break and the spreading of deadly radiation world wide.
Although the screenplay is a sci-fi based feature, it does shine light on a current problem and gives
hope for the future in ways that captures movie gore's in a unprecedented fashion with a positive up
beat climax to inspire creative minds.

With the completion of the screenplay and the struggles to sell a highly controversial film, more had
to be done. So St. Petersburg Florida , under the eye of Eagle Entertainment Group a nonprofit
corporation is being set up to begin to educate and mostly to seek ways to deactivate radiation on a
global scale (G.D.R.). Once in place the nonprofit corporation will continue to gather current and
historical information and work with interested scientist and anyone that shows a real concern in the
deactivation of radiation.

It is unimaginable to think the the agencies involved are spending BILLIONS of dollars to find ways
to continue to sweep radiation under 'the carpet', and nothing in research in the deactivation of it and
this is what we are changing.

Let us hope that this small , but extremely important light on an environmental issue is not dealt with
in the same manor that Prometheus was .
