Presidential
Candidate Mr. Gore
C/o
Vise President Gore
United
States of America
Dear
Mr. Gore,
This
letter and its content are short, but its meaning and hope for the environment
is massive and promising. Its implementation can also help save billions
within the US Environmental budget when it comes Radiation and it disposal.
In
short, a small group I have formed, Global Deactivation of Radiation
Corp., which continues to grow, consist of Scientist, PH.D's, and laymen.
Our concern and direction is looking for different ways to deal with radiation
waste and deadly radiation contaminates. With the amount of
money and time being spent on finding ways in storing radiation waste,
very little, if any at all is being taken in finding ways to neutralize
or render radiation safe.
We
are making progress with what we are doing, but with the involvement of
a man like you, we would make strides. Subsequently so would the environment.
This principal in looking at new ways to deal with a subject matter, can
also apply to other environmental issues. Our concern is only with harmful
radiation.
If
you have the time, please review the enclosed outline on Global Deactivation
of Radiation, goals and mission and our first news letter which explains
my interest in this.If you think
this is something you have interest in, much more can be seen at the web
site, www.gdr.org and I am more than
willing to meet with you and appointees.
I
hope to hear from you on this matter and truly hope that you become our
next president.
Sincerely,September

Goals /
Mission. Uses of the World Wide Web
The
Need
With
the current situation in radiation contamination's, health concerns regarding
radiation contaminates and the environment, something new in being done.
A need to find ways to deactivate, neutralize radiation has become the
only direction left. GDR has begun to look for the solutions in positive
directions.
The
majority of scientists as a whole have looked at the deactivation of radiation
as being impossible. So it has been forgotten and sequestered from creative
minds. The instilled beliefs do not lay groundwork for fertile new frontiers.
With new technology expanding each day, a seed has been planted to attempt
this formerly impossible idea. To date, a few, very few, scientist or others
are looking.This
is what GDR hopes to change and is now showing progress.
Most
of the established groups working on anti radiation related issues do not
have the expertise or budgets to engage in World Wide Web Internet publishing
and web research. Their material, campaigns and resources are not reaching
this new audience. GDR and the web is reaching throughout the world and
serving mankind with education to the radiation dilemma and sharing ideas
and research in the field of deactivation / neutralization of radiation.Unfortunately
there are thousands of groups world wide that protest radiation related
incidents. They are forced to spend countless hours and funds in playing
watchdogs for our safety. Our intention is to stop the endless problem
through solutions, not the continued dumping and endless, and well deserved
protesting. Excluding GDR, there are very few visible organizations looking
to promote and look for ways to deactivate radiation.
GDR
GDR
was founded by Fred M Davis in the spring of 1993 and was first introduced
online in spring of 1997 as a test site. While working as a business man,
inventor and screenplay writer, his direct experience in research on a
story in 1993’, led him to an uncanny environmental event and subsequently
to form the GDR organization and the GDR web site.
Goals/Mission
A.The
goal of the GDR and GDR Web site is to bring new pioneering research and
to enlighten and to educate the public on the dilemma of radiation contaminates
with current and past information. That information is not to spread fear,
but educate the public so the need to find different ways in dealing with
deadly radiation. The GDR web site currently post past, present and future
information on radiation and means to deactivate it through the Internet
with weekly newsletters, on-site web information and / or links to other
radiation related web sites and organizations.
B.To
provide further outlets and research sites for the different methods in
the deactivation of radiation.
C.To
provide an easily accessible space to share knowledge and coordinate GDR’s
mission.
D.To
build and / or acquire new web tools to enhance theories and methods toward
the deactivation of radiation.
E.To
acquire new tools for automatic Action Alert posting system.
F.To
acquire the use of AI systems (Artificial intelligence) to help in research.
D.To
acquire and research new systems for building an Interactive Atomic Science
Room (IASR).
G.To
build a working atomic table chart.
H.To
broadcast, news releases and issues on the Internet, postal service and
the News media with new findings.
I.To
implement and assist in testing of research findings.
J.To
engage in efforts to inform Congress about these issues and the suppression
of radiation contaminates that have been researched by the government for
over 50 years. To prepare legislation and policies for the importance of
establishing researches and grants in the field of radiation deactivation.
K.To
apply for Grants and to set up grant giving. GDR has not yet applied for
grants, but has plans to pursue the many avenues. Granting, GDR would hope
to achieve financial success and provide grants for related projects and
to students in the field.
GDR
is a public forum
where people of all ages and ethnic backgrounds can learn about radiation
and the environment, and find alternative ways to solve the world’s biggest
environmental problem.
GDR
Web is to further
involve schools and colleges to look for new ways in finding answers to
problems of such great magnitude. The Internet is a medium that is being
embraced by the young and the established generations. The use of the free
Internet access, which is standard at colleges and universities, will enhance
the interest of the environment and the popularity of GDR’s alternative
directions.
Uses
of the World Wide Web
The
World Wide Web is a part of the Internet, a worldwide computer network
that allows nearly - instantaneous communications between computers and
their users. Owners of Web sites have "pages" which they can fill with
formatted text, pictures, discussion groups/bulletin boards, action alert
systems and an interactive atomic science room. Information can be updated
instantly, and pages can be endlessly cross-referenced.The
Internet is a very important medium for those interested in environmental
activism. Millions of people are now on-line using electronic mail, newsgroups
and the World Wide Web. The Internet is fast becoming a major source of
information for these users.The
Web opens up a wonderful opportunity. Because of the relatively low costs
of Web research and web publishing, it allows a wider field of research
and distribution and almost instant access of material. Only a few years
ago, the same research would take have taken years. These
factors are creating new environments for political, environmental activists,
scientist, and researchers and organizing opportunities.
Uses
of the World Wide Web (continued)
To
date, GDR has posted numerous forms of research in the deactivation of
radiation along with elements that adversely affect radiation and prove
great promise. GDR has spent countless hours developing the GDR web and
researching these different means and not only receives new information
and or new means, but also shares it with others. From the shared research,
one company is now applying for funding to extract radiation for waterways.Although
extraction is not deactivation, progress is being made.
GDR
Web Discussion boards.
Once in place will allow for anyone to communicate on a given topic related
to radiation and the deactivation of it; leaving their comments, building
a data base of information right on the web site.
GDR
Action
alert posting system, which makes it easy for groups to broadcast their
messages by e-mail to hundreds of supporters worldwide.
GDR
AI systems
(Artificial intelligence) to help in research. With the paralleled advancements
in Artificial intelligence and the uses of AI systems with the Internet,
GDR plans to implement these new AI programs
GDR
Interactive Atomic Science Room
(IASR). With the evolution and innovations of the web growing at
astounding speeds, GDR plans to begin building the first interactive animated
science room. This area of the site (animated like the spinning atom on
the main page of GDR’s site) should allow any user of the web site to see
the full spectrum of life like atoms and their properties. Allowing them
to mix atoms with different components and see them engaged and mixes into
scientifically correct results. Also providing a place to test theory with
new experiments. The Interactive atomic science room, although slightly
ahead of its time, will become something every student, science teacher
and researcher will find an amazing place to visit and use. This in it’s
self will provide novelty and further notoriety to GDR.
Billions of Dollars are being spent on ways to clean up radiation,
dispose of radiation, store radiation, ship it, etc. It is time a small
portion is delegated to rendering it safe.
The
www.gdr.org web site has now accumulated
enough information under the deactivation of radiation web pages to show
progress is now being made. Much more info and research is needed, but
the progress is setting the stage.
Budget
GDR
has been slow getting to its true mission, but has been making progress
with great promise.
Since its inception, GDR has been an all-volunteer project. The founder
and others have been working as volunteers. An estimated budget for the
GDR and the GDR Web is available for minimal to full scale operations and
research.
Thank
you for your time.

·
Introducing the New G.D.R. Newsletter and its Founder, Fred M. Davis.
·
How to receive future issues of this newsletter.
Welcome
to the first edition of the G.D.R. Newsletter!Did
you know that radiation from active nuclear reactors are leaking into your
air, food and water?No?Most
people don't.The G.D.R. newsletter
will alert you to this and other concealed hazards. In
this issue we will explain just what G.D.R. is and tell a little about
its founder Fred Davis.We will
also briefly cover how the G.D.R. site came about and what we hope to accomplish. The
G.D.R. URL; sponsorship information, and how to sign up for our free newsletter
is located at the end of this interview. Please
visit the web site to investigate the following issues in greater detail.
My
name is Sherri Anderson, Editor of the G.D.R. and today I will conduct
an interview with the Founder and President, Fred Davis. In
the future monthly editions we will inform you of developments in the nuclear
industry, interview specialists, list possible solutions and generally
keep you updated on the current world status of the nuclear hazards. You
will need this information to safeguard your family's health!I
encourage you to forward this newsletter to everyone you know.Knowledge
is
power!
Sherri:Fred,
what is G.D.R. and what are you trying to accomplish?
Fred:G.D.R.
is a foundation dedicated to eliminating the health risks associated with
radiation contamination in all of its aspects.
Sherri:Whew!That's
a pretty tall order. How do you hope
to achieve this?
Fred:What
I hope to do is get everyone aware of the problems that are facing us.There
is a lot of
cover-ups
in the nuclear waste industry.Health
hazards that most people are not aware of.
And
with the escalating earth changes all around us, we could possibly be in
for a catastrophe of untold proportions. For instance, what if an asteroid
chip hit a nuclear reactor? And then
there is Chernobyl, did you know that the containment shell is crumbling? Also,
out of the 4000 workers that did the containment, only 1000 are still alive
and most of them aresick.If
I can get people aware of the problems, they can put pressure on their
elected officials to look for solutions. There
are many brilliant minds out there that would start looking for a way to
deactivate radiation if they were only aware of just how bad it is.
Sherri:I
agree with this completely.Many
groups are complaining about the radiation problems, how is G.D.R. different?
Fred:G.D.R.
is not suggesting we eliminate all of the nuclear sites, besides, the problem
is already here and elimination would not solve anything. What
I want to do if find a SOLUTION.How
do we deactivate radiation?
Sherri:This
is exactly why I joined up with you in this endeavor Fred, I think you
have the right approach, complaining doesn't solve the issue.I
saw a nuclear waste site map put out by the Lodestar Advisory Council and
I was 'horrified' by the number of waste sites in our country and the surrounding
coast lines. We must look for a solution.
Why
don't you tell us a little about your background and how you got involved
with this?
Fred:I
was one of three boys born to an Air Force Pilot and an Israel mother. My
parents divorced when we were young and my mother struggled to raise us.As
a young man, I worked on a newspaper route and at restaurants to earn extra
money.At
16,
I went to work in a machine shop.I
obtained skills in welding, electronics, drafting and auto mechanics.I
was fascinated by the unknown aspects of electronics and started exploring. This
sparked my creativity and soon I was inventing all sorts of things.I
found I could visualize new ideas instantly.I
have invented thousands of different things over the years. This
is why that I KNOW we can find a solution to radiation if we pull together. All
we have to do is open our creativity and realize that it IS possible to
solve.Most scientists generally
think it is impossible so they don't even try.
Sherri:Remember
Tesla? He did a lot of things that
others didn't think was possible.
Fred:Yes,
Tesla achieved great things because he was open to the possibilities that
others ignored.That is exactly my
point.
Sherri:
Didn't you also write a screenplay?
Fred: Yes,
I have a screen play that I wrote as a story line but it is based on facts. At
one point in my life, I lived in L.A. While
I was there I got involved with directors and screenplay writers.I
really enjoyed the film business and took extensive courses at UCLA in
film production, finance and animation.I
later moved to Alabama and started investigating cattle mutations and nuclear
waste sites.I started finding some
interesting correlation's between the two.After
a long investigation I decided to write a screenplay about my discoveries. It
took me three years to complete and I am just putting the finishing touches
on it. It is called; "The Prometheus Broadcast".It
uniquely intertwines Greek mythology and the hidden radiation
problem with modern day characters and the environment..It
also uses clues and dream sequences to help others become aware of the
possibility of deactivating radiation.
Sherri:I
can't wait to see it!I understand
that there are hazards to our health with radiation besides the obvious. What
are they?
Fred:Well
other than the containment, waste sites and the shipment hazard, there
is an ongoing problem of a small amount of radiation that is leaking into
the air and water from active nuclear reactors. In
many cases people are getting sick from this and dying and they don't realize
what is actually causing it!I have
details on my web site about this and in upcoming issues of this newsletter
we will be going more in depth on this.
Sherri:With
the recent events in India and Pakistan I find this even more sobering. All
of us pretty much understand the bomb threat. But
what we overlook is where are they storing the stuff that makes the bombs?
Fred:Right,
and more and more of these areas are leaking or are becoming unsafe! We
must take steps to solve this. The
future of our planet depends on it.People
worry about earthquakes, tornados, rain forest destruction and all of these
are very real environmental issues, but the nuclear waste, faulty reactors,
and radiation leaks are even more lethal than those. We
have to take action!
Sherri:You
currently follow the scientific grants that are awarded to scientists studying
this but you hope to take this a step farther, right?
Fred:Yes,
what I hope to do is establish an award, similar to the Nobel Prize for
the person who solves the deactivation problem. Also,
I would like to establish even more grants so we can put additional effort
into finding a solution.I am currently
working on turning G.D.R. into a nonprofit organization to help achieve
these goals.
Sherri:I
know you have spent many years researching this, without any financial
gain, and I admire your commitment and dedication. Why
would you do this?
Fred:
I
am a very caring and spiritual person who would like to see our planet
continue for our children. Our children shouldn't have to inherit our mistakes. I
know that if we all pull together, we can make this happen.
That
is the purpose of the newsletter.
To
get as many people informed as possible.
Then
as a body united we can put pressure on our elected officials to make changes. One
person cannot do this alone, it will take all of us.
The
Internet is a great medium to make this happen.
It
is worldwide. The more people who
are educated to the hazards, the
better chance we have to finding a solution.
I
ask everyone
to please forward this to your friends, sign up for the newsletter.
Your
safety depends on it.
Sherri:
Thank
you Fred.
"End
of Interview."
Silently,
like a deadly snake moving through the grass, this menace is creeping up
on us. And we are unaware of its
presence.
Now
I know there are many people crying
out alarms about upcoming disasters these days.
We
have the Y2K bug with the computers, earthquakes, and volcano eruptions
intensifying all the time, and the weather patterns are going crazy.
Seems
like you never know what your weather will be the next month.
Everything
seems out of whack. Some of us are
getting prepared just in case, others of us are just plain tired of listening
to gloom and doom and have shut it all out. But
folks, the nuclear radiation problem is one that we just cannot ignore.
We
have to get informed and we have to make a solution happen! One
can rebuild after a tornado or earthquake, we cannot recover from radiation.
